Um monumento a mobilidade individual motorizada, solu\u00e7\u00e3o insustent\u00e1vel para uma cidade parada no engarrafamento, de carros.<\/p>\n<p>Um v\u00eddeo mostra um lado diferente da inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o.
